The heading now reflects my two books: Pogamasing: The Story of a Northern Lake and the second line – Write Soon and Often: The Life of a Bomber Pilot Through His Letters Home. I will continue to update changes for both books and additions to the website.
The NASA satellite link is for those who want to check on ice and water conditions on lakes, especially during freeze-up and break-up periods, when the cloud cover isn’t too obstructive.
